Corporate Art Rental

RENT ART starting at $40/month

Mid-sized artworks start at $120/month rising to around $250/month for the large artworks.

12 MONTH RENTAL PERIOD

Most of our original paintings are available to rent on a monthly basis. If you’re a Canadian business, with some empty walls to fill, then this is absolutely for you. Drop us a line and let us prepare you a quote.
* Prints do not qualify for Art Rental.

A year is the minimum term with a yearly or monthly billing. The first three months payments are up front – the remaining is invoiced monthly from month 4 onwards if you chose monthly billing. 

CHANGE EVERY YEAR

If you want a change then we will swap out for the equivalent size every twelve months – keeping your environment fresh and interesting. If you don't want to renew after 1 year, that's fine.  We’ll come and pick it back up for FREE too.

If you want a change before 12 months then give us a call and, for a small delivery and swap-out fee, we can do that as often as you like.

SIMPLE ONE-PAGE AGREEMENTS

No lengthy contracts – just a one-page agreement to sign for each painting. Written in plain English with no hidden clauses.

DAMAGE LIABILITY INCLUDED

Take the stress out of accidental damage or loss. Our paintings are insured and this is covered within your monthly rental costs.

PURCHASE AT ANY TIME

If you decide to buy we will discount the tag price of the painting with the amount you’ve paid in rental fees. Buying art for your business is a very smart thing to do.


What are the Fees?

* Setup fees are the same as for View in your Office
* $810 for up to 3h. Every additional hour is billed at $300 /hour.


But hear this out. If you rent an Artwork (or more) we discount the Setup fees from Rental price. So, Setup and installation are FREE!

We bring the Art to You

That’s right, you can see any of our paintings in your own Office without any obligation to buy.  We offer this service for business who are serious about buying but would like to see how it fits into their space first.
* Viewings are available in Quebec and Ontario only.

Message us from Contact page with a shortlist of pieces you would like to see and ask us any question about bringing our Art into your Office. It’s easy and it is the only real way to see how something is going to fit into your Office.

Weekdays, weekends or evenings, just let us know and our team will be able to fit around your busy schedule and find a window that works for you.

Try everything out – anywhere you like
 

It’s a good idea to clear around 3-4 hours of your schedule day. You get to go through all the paintings on the day, and we’ll keep putting them into your empty wall spaces until you find something you would like to keep.

If you don’t then that’s fine. But if you do choose something we’ll even hang it for you. How good is that? You really don’t have to leave your office, we do everything.

If you would like to keep a painting there are several payment methods available. Interac transfer is the preferred method but if you prefer Credit Card we will be happy to assist. We can even provide you an invoice at the end of our visit. All nice and simple.
